Group riding

To ride comfortably in a group position yourself one-and-a-half to two feet behind the rider in front of you and focus your eyes just below the riders hips, not on his back wheel, so you can judge your following distance and see upcoming road hazards. Never overlap your wheel with the rider in front of you or you risk going down.

I am a librarian at Nashville State Community College, and the faculty advisor for the student environmental group. I use my bicycle and the train to get to work everyday. I really enjoy riding.
